Glycolic Peel treatments
......................................................................................................

A glycolic peel is comprised of an all natural alpha hydroxy acid derived from sugar cane. Alpha Hydroxy acids occur naturally in certain fruits and foods. Of all the alpha hydroxy acids, Glycolic Acid is the most promising for skin rejuvenation because it has the smallest molecular size. This small molecular size allows it to penetrate the outer layer of the skin to a greater extent than any other alpha hydroxyl acid. These are lighter peels than chemical peels and are used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin of the face by removing its damaged outer layers.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Glycolic acid treatments peel the top layers of the skin while rejuvenating at the same time. The peel takes approximately 20 minutes for the treatment. This peel gives you a greater rate of cell renewal which in turn, aids in creating firmer, thicker skin. Glycolic acid is an excellent aid in balancing dry skin because it has supurb water binding properties. Minimizes the visible signs of ageing, smoothes complexions, balances irregular skin tone, softens dry skin, promotes a healthy, youthful glow and helps relieve shaving problems
